Our Core Values
Commercial AV Systems aims to exceed the expectations of, and honor commitments to, our customers, our vendors, and ourselves through collaboration, refined processes, and stewardship.
Honoring our commitments
When we say we’ll do something, we’ll do it. It is simply unacceptable to break a commitment because it’s difficult or no longer convenient. This applies to our customers, our vendors, and ourselves. Of course, there are occasions when things outside of our control prohibit the desired outcome. In these cases, we will be transparent, communicative, and do whatever we can to make it right.
Clear, consistent, and flexible processes
In order to be effective, we must be efficient. Talking about process is not sexy. But we’re not trying to be sexy. We’re trying to be efficient. We strive to operate in a clear and consistent manner, while still being able to respond flexibly to meet your needs. And that, we think, is pretty sexy.
A collaborative method of operation
We believe that two heads are better than one, and three are better than two. That’s why we value collaboration in all aspects of our business. You have a seat at the table, with the full talents and skills of our entire staff.
We strive for constant improvement in all areas of our business. It is critical that we are good stewards of our equipment, our human resources, and our finances. Our resources are our strength, so we take care of them.
